These look interesting. I may try a set of the 44s on my Bronco.

Has anyone tried installing the LED strip lights, the flexible one with tape on the back ?
No tape on the back. I use zipties.

Great back up lights. They are tied to the keyless remote entry system so they also light up when I unlock the truck. Pretty sweet when there is a "bump in the night" and you want to light things up.

I also added a strip across the back of my trailer:

The sealed toggle above the left rear tail lamp turns it on. Mounted with tabs of aluminum drilled and rolled over.

I have this posted in my build thread but, figured it would be appropriate to include in this thread for the general public to see. I had purchased a set of DDM Tuning FX Series 24W LED off road flood lights (http://www.ddmtuning.com/Products/FX-Off-Road-Lamp). Took about 1.5 weeks to get. As it was shipped from China. I paid about $115 shipped. I had existing wires, relay and switch already from my Hella 700's. So, install was quick and simple. I wanted the flood pattern because, I wanted to see more directly in front of me. Instead of several hundred yards down. I don't drive fast enough for my lights to not keep up....

So far, I'm really impressed with the light output and would recommend these to anyone. I'm already looking at a different pair to light of the sides and the rear....

Here are the action shots and a pic of them mounted on the pre-runner bumper.

Factory lights only. The distance from the yellow sign to the reflecting signs where the road leads to is 500ft.

The floods look good but I'd check that distance again; I've never seen a set of headlights that light up a sign at 500 feet --- not legal ones anyhow...

The distance is definitely further between my truck and the distant signs but, I did not measure that. These are factory headlights and I did have to adjust them down some to accomadate the lift. However, the reective signs could just be the angle of which the pic was taken, not sure. In anycase, the pics were taken with the iso set at 200, no flash.
