The Tuffy is great, and very easy to remove the top piece- no tools required. Until I added the dog guard that is. I have 5 bolts holding it to the Tuffy. The pic on the right shows an edge at the rear of the top tray. The DG had an angle as well, so they mated up, and I drilled through and bolted. The guard is a near perfect fit, except had to remove about a 5" wide section full length along the bottom. I honestly cannot remember what it is from, as a fella had it and was trying to make it fit a Disco, and couldn't. He bought a Disco guard from me, and left this one- I want to say from an Exterra??? It is perfect 'weight' as well, and it just touches the back of the seats which adds reinforcing if it ever does need to function for retaining gear. Best part, zero cost ;-)

Built a simple box for the back of my Grand Cherokee... just need to finish it. Not sure if I am going to carpet it or bed-line it.

Simple off road storage in the Back of my Scrambler, put in a Tuffy under sear drawer faced forward so I can put my ARB frites in back and still get at it. When my fridge isn't used I mount a Tuffy box in the back.

That's a fold forward YJ seat:

Space in between fridge and water jug is room for a Coleman steel belted cooler I use for dry storage, snack items when camping.

Drawer fits stuff nicely, after placed so things don't move around and get stuck under the latch

Otherwise, everything else fits in the Heilite trailer

Here is my solution... Its quite similar to the GEAR seat covers from smitybilt. But mine is HD material and covers the entire seat! LOL

The seat back has a MOLLE/Pals grid to attach pouches and such. Unlimited customization

I took the OEM seat coverings and removed the stitches one by one. Then used the pieces as patterns to make the new covering from 1000D Cordura & bonded nylon thread.

Much as I love it, a built JK w/ a V8 would be cool too :)
