Thanks. I'm almost finished a couple things on the dually, and it will be on the road again. I toy with the idea of a big camper shell on back but....maybe someday.

So did you get rid of the old diesel? I remember reading that you were thinking about retiring it. Also- super nice new ride! That is EXACTLY what I plan to buy next. I even want the bumper, winch, and flat bed!

Thanks!

No, we havn't retired the old steel just yet.

We are in no immediate need to get rid of it, but we do intend to sell it at some point.

I plan to run the old junk as I build out this truck, then transfer the camper duties when it is ready.

Then Ill start thinking about selling.

OBS powerstrokes hold a special place in my heart. Wont be easy to sell it.

Even the wife has been saying that we should hang on to it, you know.... "just in case" lol

Although the new truck really makes the old truck feel OLD

Those are lovely looking motors! I do like a classic Scout. What do you use the flatbed for??

Thanks
The big truck is for hauling and dumping firewood, or anything else I can throw on the back. Recovery. With the 500 ci motor, and dually 4x4 traction, it'll pull most anything out. Plan on adding front 15k winch in future. Gonna bring it to the local car shows too, not the shiny type shows, but the ones with odd, cool old crusty stuff.
