Beautiful truck! Exactly what I'm wanting to do with my 03 except I have a qqlb. I have a few questions if you don't mind. What camper is that? And how are you liking the new ridge grapplers? Last one, how are those icons treating you? On/off-road?
Thanks man.

And, how are those icons treating you? On/off-road? Do you have anything set up under the camper shell for sleeping? It would be great if you could share some more pictures!
Thanks man.

Thanks for the kind words.

The camper top is a Leer, not sure of the model as I bought it used.

The tires ride well and are quite for 37's. I wish they were E load rated. I purchased the truck in TN and drove it back to OR pulling a trailer. With the extra weight and heat they felt a little floppy.

The Icons are pretty amazing. The rebound is set at 4 and provides a really smooth ride on and off road. The suspension combined with the 37's are pretty great, however, being a one ton, it's still a bit stiff.

Also forgot to add;
Hydro assist steering
Steering upgraded
New ball joints
New unit bearings
Southbend Dual disc clutch.

I'll have to keep a look out for a used camper cause they are pretty pricey new.
That's cool about the tires but I don't have to worry about towing too heavy as I mainly just tow my 24' boat.

I'm not seeing any "coilovers" through icons website? What stage kit do you have?

2007 CTD I am the original owner, 50 k miles on my truck. Finally time to get to work on it. Just ordered Carli Backcountry suspension front and rear hopefully get it next week. Next will be tires, some kind of rack and hardtop RTT. Any ideas are welcomed.IMG_1808.jpg

Picked up Thule rack today from Craigslist's

Hopefully this will be a base for RTT.IMG_1841.JPGIMG_1840.JPG
Started search for tires. Not sure if I want to keep stock wheels 17, or go with 20". I want 33 or 34 height but want to stay in the wheel wells. Carli suspension may have been shipped today minus control arms. I hate it when companies say they have everything in stock take your money and then excuses why it's not shipped.

Oil eater.
The 20's will kill all that work that Carli did.
Those stock alloys are strong and the stock lugnuts work with a crossbar(my term) lugwrench.

I have this 01 F250 for about a year and a half now. Great truck, 280K miles, 7.3 w/ a ZF6 and its straight from Dallas, TX with zero rust (my favorite). Just got back from having the transmission completely rebuilt, its 2nd time in its life (first since ive owned it.) Just did a nice wash n wax, oil change and had to snap a few pics!
