I have been trying to find a clean ECLB GMT800 for months... it's impossible. Such awesome trucks.

I wish this was as clean as my last 800- but you’re right they are hard to find. Not to mention I wanted the 8.1 and manual 4x4.

It the perfect size for me - still fits in the garage (barely), fits six, and I can reach my kid in her car seat from the front. Crew cab makes that a stretch.

Thanks - I have been following your build. Those Methods were on my list when I was truck shopping, but this one already had some Moro Metals on it. Sitting at 268k right now, been rebuilding the front end. Going to call on a Northstar popup tomorrow.

Where was this? Wild pitch: Near Skyline drive?

Close - further north. Otter Creek Road in Pottawatomie County. East of Tuttle Creek. The lower parts were overgrown - i bet it’s been months since anyone has driven all the way through. I have been down Skyline Drive before though - I love spending the day driving through these hills.

Blurry pic - but gives you an idea of that “road”.

Nice! I’m at 256k right now with a Bundutec camper in the works.
Northstar makes a nice camper!

My full size is still pulling new home build duty. Another load of materials loaded today for the trip tomorrow.

All toilets & faucets, all interior doors, large pellet stove & associated, and the three remaining cabinets.
Hoping to get the kitchen cabinet install finished up this weekend.

This setup rocks. (y)

Previous load... all cabinets

Mid install, just the large island. Had to finish it up for the electrician to finish up, and call for final this week.

Man those tires look like they barely fit!!!

@swrider, they look that way (I will admit, it is a little “stuffed”), but no problemo, lots of clearance. Just 285/75R16s (32.8”) on GMT800 factory wheels (that’s the secret). They don’t rub or contact anywhere under hard steering lock, or during articulation, even when aired down to 15-17psi. I had to test them though, ya know, just to be sure, he he he. Cheers!

(Stump/log jumping was to avoid out-of-frame contact with trees on tight trails)
