Don't count me. I'm from NY and I visited Texas this past summer, and I love it. As soon as I can find work I'm moving down. Screw this cold weather :).

That is not the Texas i have seen, that's beautiful!!

Where is that?

Those pics were from Colorado, the one you specifically linked was on Engineer Pass in the San Juan mountains.

Looks like Colorado....I have not seen an area of Texas that is that nice either, but Texas is big and I could be wrong.

Correct. And yes, Texas is big, and no big mountains like CO, but plenty of nice things to see if you go to the right parts. ;)

Just getting started with this one

I have some parts that I need to install, and planning to build some bumpers, do some spray on boxliner in bed and some other high wear areas, intake and exhaust for now.

I am making my 07 classic DMAX a little more off road and farm friendly and was wondering if anyone has found a nice bumper to work with fisher plow plates?

Figure I ought to post this here too.

Here's my 2001. Silverado with a 5.3L, 14 bolt full floater out back (shaved and has grizzly locker), Dana 60 front, 4.56 gears, 14" travel Bilstein 5150s, New 52" leaf springs up front, factory 63" springs out back with AAL and shackle flip (overload removed), NP241 Transfer Case (soon to be a 241-241 doubler) and 37" MTRs on H2s.

And one of it clean:

Still working on outfitting it for expeditions/long off road trips, but it currently has a toolbox full of tools capable of replacing any part of the truck (except for internal engine and transmission parts), water storage, inverter, full size spare, tent, emergency blankets and first aid, etc.

Plus a half decent stereo for those long highway rides :p

Currently saving for another full size Chevy pickup, hopefully by next summer. Not sure what it will be, can't decide!
