hey guys, sorry for the second post here. I am desperately trying to get my trailer build complete. I need to lift the box about 3".. i cannot locate anyone locally who will sell/blocks and I'm having no luck ordering online as i have 1.75" wide springs and there is very little available. The trailer only weighs about 200 pounds and will not be carrying more than 100 or 200 pounds of supplies. i have some steel available but the dimensions are 2.25x2.25x1.75. It seems most lifting blocks are 3-4" long, so these would only be 2.25" long.. will i be alright or is it necessary to have that little extra hangover? I considered new springs but i don't see any with my length (about 26".. though they are 30 years old so I'm sure they have sagged and lengthened) which will add that type of height. Let me know what you think, thanks!
(i did find some 1.75 x 3 blocks + ubolts but the size of the centering pin is not mentioned and i have no idea whether they will fit my current set up.. the centering pin size isn't universal is it?)
