Little help with front and Rear bumper and rock/tree slider for D3

Well after looking around for 2 month now I understand that I need your help.
I'm also a member in disco3.co.uk but Great Britain have got little different rules for front and Rear bumpers and I can't really find what I'm looking for.
I want to build a Tourer and my plan is:
Little bigger tires
Front bumper plus winsch
Rear bumper plus wheel carrier
Roofrack
Gap IIDTOOL BT
Rock/treesliders

Now to the problem:
I want a good Rear and front bumper. The ones I been looking at are:
Tactical rovers front bumper (I'm not 100% sure the allow it in my country for the rack that reaching over the Hood)
Tactical rovers Rear bumper with wheel carrier
Tree slider tubular tactical rover
They look pretty solid.

I also been looking at TRC offroad fr.o.m. Spain that have a retailer in Germany discovery-parts. They have a own brand Lion parts but they are expensive, to expensive. But they look good to.

Then we have the ARB front bumper that look ok but I'm not so in to it. Should be a good one to and are less expensive then the Lion parts. I can order TRC directly from spain for a much better Price.

After looking at britpart and terrafirma did I decide that they were not a option.

Urban offroad had some things to

The last I been looking at are the voyagerracks.com that seems to have good sliders and a easier lade wheel carrier that looken good.

So now I need your help with little pros and cons?

I have the tactical rovers sliders with square nerf bars, the gas tank skid, and tranfer case skid. The installation was easy and they were a great company to work with. TRC is my dream front bumper but extremely unlikely due to the cost to get it here to the states. I plan on getting the rear bumper from tactical rovers as well.

The skids and sliders seem durable. I have only wheeled with them a few times. I am pretty careful with the trails I hit anyway due to my inexperience. However, they have taken several dings without any trouble (including the original spot that dented my frail gas tank :) ).

Yes, I really like the look of the Lion-parts/ trc front bumper. Good angles, looks raw and easy acess to winsch. One of the best looking on the market. I think it is overpriced in Germany (closest as I live in Sweden). If I could choose without thinking about cost I would buy:
ARB or trc/Lion-parts front bumper (tactical rovers do not look as good as them).
TRC or tactical Rear bumper with wheel carrier.
Rock/treesliders from Prospeed or Voyager offroad.
Perhaps a roofrack from Voyager offroad to.

I would like a upper protection for the headlights on the TRC and also light mountings for spotlights. I would be perfect with that. Maybe they can offer a package with rocksliders, front and Rear bumper?

Ok, the response is a bit low so I change the question:
Has anyone got the ARB and how do you like pros, cons?
Same with TRC offroad cons, pros? Has anyone got it?

Has anyone got tactical rover or opposite locks bumper?

Bump.

I'm in the same boat as you. Looking for front and/or rear bumper with swing away tire carrier.

I am in the same boat. I want a more "slimline" style bumper without the bulk of the TR or ABR (nothing against these companies, they are both great, I'm just looking for something very specific for the LR3). The RMR4x4 bumper does look pretty similar to the TRC, has anyone looked into that? It's 1000 retail, about a 2 week turnaround time.

I have the tactical rovers front and the kaymar rear. The front is fine but because of the angles you can't use the original LR3 wiper bottle so you have to source something else and try an make it fit, I didn't know this at the time and it was harder than I thought to find something to fit, I would have also preferred that that bars went through the bumper, atleast a small way, instead they are just welded to the top. Also you cannot remove the headlights without taking the bumper off ! The kaymar is good, no real problems with fitting, etc and the spindle that the spare wheel attaches to the bumper goes through and is welded all around for added strength. A downside is that if you use tires that are larger than standard the rear sensors will see it and beep when in reverse. Hope this helps

If I ever get one from TR I rather request it without top bars or have them make removable ones on plate with solid bolts. It kind of sucks, that you can't remove headlights without removing a front bumper..

Something to bear in mind, last I looked ARB was the only aftermarket LR3 winch bumper designed, tested and legally certified for use with the SRS (airbags).

I have an ARB for that reason. It's strong enough and gives a better approach angle. Access to the free spool leaver is a bit restricted if you are wearing thick gloves but its ok.

Overall I like it.
