does anyone know if it is possible to get a long range fuel tank for a Discovery II? I am doing some research right now but can't find much.

I'm tried to find one for my D1 not too long ago and contacted ARB Directly and they will not bring them in. There is another OZ company that will make them and ship them to the US. Let me look through "My Favorites" and I'll post it as soon as I find it.

Hmmm...must have deleted it or something...

There was a gentleman down in Miami that had one on his VERY WELL prepared RRC. I'll shoot him an email and ask him again.

I've been looking for one too. I tried to get Longranger to ship one to me, but they wouldn't even respond to my requests. I'm thinking that I'll just end up buying a flexible fuel tank from West Marine, buy a brakepress and make a fuel cell myself. The location that Longranger uses, I feel, is the best place. So, that will probably be where I try to put mine. If I get off my butt and actually do something about it, I'll post up with measurements and contruction. Or if someone wants to make a couple, I'll buy one!

this company is the one that you may be thinking of. unfortunatly the DII listing seems to be down at the moment. the other land rover stuff is listed though. probably ought to give them a call to see if they still have it or can import it.
