Looking at a 1999 Hallmark Ute lx

Appears to be clean. Any issues I need to be looking for? Did they use wood for the frames in 99?

Any thoughts are appreciated

It'll do fine. I'm a fan of corrugated aluminum sides over the alternatives out there.

Yeah. Probably 1/2 the price easy compared to an FWC.
For a popup a Happijac tiedown system is fine.
