Looking for a single battery system AGM

Sorry if it's already been beat to death as I'm sure it has, but I'm on my phone and that is making it hard to search.

So I'm looking for a primary battery, for now it will she the only one(looking at a dual/triple setup in the future). It will be going in my 97 4runner. Currently I have a yellow top 34/78 and its been nothing but trouble I can't let the truck sit for more than 2 days without it being dead. I have to keep it plugged in when not in use. It just sat for 3weeks and now won't even take a charge. The battery is less than 3years old.

The truck has a winch, several lights, UHF/VHF, aftermarket sound system with amps and sub, GPS system, ARB twin compressor and other items. I also plan on getting a fridge at some point as well. I'm looking for a battery with the a good CCA 800+ ideally and as big a reserve as possible. I'll also probably be looking at getting one for the primary in my Lexus GX470 as well as I also have a yellow top in that one and it's also very fickle... same deal if it's not driven for a few days it's dead. That one's not such a big deal as it a daily driver and has no winch or big electronic draws other than a ARB twin compressor.

And input on a good recommend battery that will last and hang in there with some abuse -looking for a deal cycle as we. Thanks guy!

The reason you can't find it is it does not exist. Deep cycle and starter batteries are fundamentally different. Deep cycling a starter battery will kill it fast and a deep cycle battery may not give the required cranking amps, especially in the cold. Marine, dual purpose batteries etc are marketing hype.
Get yourself a good starter replacement and set up a second deep cycle battery with an isolator.
There is nothing magical about AGM.
You may have alternator issues if you are killing batteries.
Generally you get what you pay for in batteries.

I run an AGM from Sams Club that is labelled a Duracell, but is made by East Penn (likely a Deka AGM) and has proven awesome with lights, stereo, radios, and such. No issues in a couple years. Was about $125 I believe.

I am running a Lifeline GPL 2700T. It has been good. I purchased it from powerstride battery.

There is no draw... I have checked and double checked, I have had others double check my check... I believe it's an optima issue, as I have read countless others with similar issues.

Im ok with a good primary battery not being a deep cycle it was just preferred.

Do you guys have links or retailers you guys recommend?

Both of your trucks are Toyotas and Toyotas deliver notoriously low charging voltage from the factory alternators. That will definitely be an issue with Odyssey batteries, but should not be an issue with Optima Yellows. You may have a couple of bad batteries, and if they are less than three years old they should still be under warranty. Take them in to the dealer you bought them from and have them load tested ASAP. My guess is that they have gradually lost capacity due to sulfation from undercharging, especially in the truck that does not get driven much. The DD may be suffering the same fate if the daily trips are of short duration. I have had more than my share of problems with Odyssey and Optima batteries, but I have a 2008 Tundra with a Northstar 31M in it and it has been fine, even with the Toyota factory alternator. I have Optimas in two other trucks and they have also been fine. Also have an Odyssey 31M, one year old, and it is giving me problems with a 270 amp alternator feeding it on an occasional basis (not a DD). It goes on a conditioning charger every few weeks.

Normally I have my noco charger on it when it sits, but I just had to leave it at the base for 3 weeks while I was out doing a field training. It also has a 200 amp alt in it -aftermarket GM cs144 that has been wonderful. I think yeah I have some crap optimas
