Looking for this bumper

Venezuelan bumper, made either by Viper or Proline, Pretty sure that one's a Proline bumper. They're sister companies, VERY similar in design and basically the same quality, which is pretty good. They have american websites, they import them to the US via a dealer in southern Florida (Miami, I think). I'm not sure on pricing though, but dont expect them to be cheap.

Here are their websites, I think there are english versions of the sites, expect a few typo's and mistakes the translation wasn't very good when they made them. But its fairly simple to navigate because of the pictures. This might help when navigating: Productos means Products, Parachoques means bumpers, estribos means sliders, Autana is the 80 series, Macho (or Machito) is the 70 series, Hembrita is the 79 series.

Proline's website: http://www.proline.com.ve/xmarca.php?marca=Toyota

I like the one the OP posted. Kind of a cut down sportier version of an ARB (at least to my squinting eyes)

Somewhat, It is a tube bumper, but it has the decorative plates bolted in between so that space doesnt look empty, like the silver ones on the 70 posted by RMP&O, although it is a Viper plate bumper, you get the idea. The fins on top do give a slight resemblance to an ARB..

Personally, I dont like the look of a tube bumper, and I dont care much for the exaggerated design cues Proline and Viper keep pushing, but they're quality made components none the less, they have one of the best 4x4 component building shops in Venezuela

Also, I might add, none of the Venezuelan made products have any sort of crash test or safety testing, theyre just made and bolted. If this is of concern to you, I would look into getting an Australian bumper. I dont know if the american ones meet any security regulations, do they?

With the mud splashed on it I didn't notice the tube construction. You're right thought it cleans up the look of the tube bumper. I am not generally a fan of tube bumpers, but this one is ok.

Holy carp! What was the comment from the SEMA article about having 'enough light to see into the future'?

Yeah, people overdo it with the lights down here, specially with lightforce lights because they're all the hype. That's a conservative setup with some of the atrocities we see here.
What's worse about it is, they dont even use their vehicles for what they're decked out for, most of the people just like the looks. 4x4 vehicles have actually been a trend down here for a few years.. Its pretty sad...

4x4 vehicles have actually been a trend down here for a few years.. Its pretty sad, they overbuild them, and most of the times never leave the pavement or just go to a single beach, every single weekend to show them off..
