Looking for Tire Cairrier Swing out Latches

What is everyone using for latching a swing out tire carrier? I have seen the normal Red Handle versions used by many. Or, the full screw down style. Looking for all options.

Also, does anyone know what Kaymar is using on this bumper?

I've seen De-Sta-co clamps on a lot of bumpers. They're designed for work holding, but they'll hold anything.
