Looking for weld on shackle/clevis mounts with curve (for 4" pipe)

I'm looking for a shackle mount like the one below that is for a 4" pipe. I know I could probably get some made locally, but I wanted to check if anyone knew of a place to get some. I've found plenty that have a flat end, but not any with a curve. Thanks.

Thanks for the link. I found some there but the biggest were for 1 3/4" pipe.
