Doesnt Land Rover make the commercial truck that is available in Europe with an aluminum roof (and rear side windows)?

i wonder if it would be possible to order that piece as a replacement or if its just one piece with the body panels.

There is a hard top version of it, I've also seen them here in the states... I drove one a loaner once from the local dealer.

So I have been trying to source these parts, so far no luck. Land Rover actually made a body that did not have the roof openings here in NA, but that requires a body swap and that seems like a lot of work...

Surprisingly not as expensive as I thought it would be.

Does anyone know of any UK suppliers for Land Rover spares that might be able to help out?
