The OPs diagrams are too tiny to read, but he mentioned only bearings and that ebay seller has front and rear(locking and non) for sale. Since the OP only mentioned bearings and not new gears seems like the ebay option may be a great cost effective solution if that's what he needs.

Still no crush collar, or gears, etc.

I am looking for crush sleeves/collar. I have the bearing kit we are going to try and swap in (carrier bearings only). Since the diff itself should remain in one piece (just splitting open the case and removing the bearing on each end, will I get away with only the bearings and seals? If crush collar/sleeve is needed, where do you source them?

I'm trying to gamble on whether or not it was just the carrier bearings making the noise in the front diff. For more info: no clunk, slight whine. Have lased it with a heat sensor, I have only seen the case get about 150ish F.

Ya, this bearing dump is killing the business. We manufacture the gears & sleeves. I do not recommend not changing the gears, that metal is part bearing and part gear. It's best to do it all once properly.

Give Josh at British 4x4 Outfitters a call to order your parts. We had kind of decided not to feed this scenario, but I'm sure he will help you out.
