Jason Lavender ('Lav') from SDO should have them back fairly soon-from discussions with him they (Nakatenga) ran out of stock and thus production was behind. He's a good dude, tell him Ray sent you.

FWIW, I paid 100 Euros last year, shipped to the US from Germany for mine. At current exchange rates, that's $118, which may or may not be cheaper than you could get them for in the US.
