LR3 sliding loadspace floor

Hmm... I still think I have a work around for that. Yeah, hoping to have a paper sketch done this weekend. The biggest concern in the type/method of railing/slides I choose. I found some industrial cabinet rails rate for like 400+ lbs and I have an email in for a quote. So hopefully those are somewhat reasonable as everything else should be fairly inexpensive. My idea is to have the platform made of T-Slotted Frame This to make the basic rectangle and then a center piece going front to rear. Then I'll inset plywood or maybe some scrap polycarbonate if I can find some in it to make up the "floor". And obviously add a handle. The slides I found have a lock-in/lock-out so that's covered and they are full extension.

What size ARB fridge did you go with? I have my seat out already and already have tie downs for a fridge, but I am worried I need a larger fridge than will fit there. Thoughts? Big enough?

I went with the 50qt ARB fridge. For me, it's plenty big enough for provisions for a couple of people for a few days. I suspect the 63 and 82qt ARB fridges will be too wide to fit between the seats. 50qt seems to be the sweet spot.

I have a 37 Ironman and a 40 Snomaster (the pic I posted in this thread is the Snomaster), both fit fine and don't leave too much space; would have been nice to do the 50 but honestly didn't think I needed that much.

If I had the money, I would try and incorporate this sliding loadspace floor with perkj's lightweight shelf.
Need to sell of some gear that I don't use anymore first before the wife says yes though :)
