So she's probably pretty quiet now then??

It sounds right for the look of the truck. That mid muffler did most of the work to keep things quiet. Our truck has the duel exhaust option. Lucky for us that option came with two additional mufflers that tucked up behind the rear bumper. In the first picture with Pete welding you can see one of the mini mufflers.

OK I hate to impose on your thread but I put the springs on an now I got some mild vibrations from what I think is the front drive shaft ....from doing lifts on domestic trucks an stuff I know that some vibration is just part of going up... I do plan on switching to the double u joint set up down the road. but want to make sure that I'm not going to totally mess something up ......the vibration starts from 0-30 MPH an then smooths out then at hwy speeds if you let off the gas just above coast I get what sounds like a diff whine from what sounds like the t-case ...any thoughts...an please don't be afraid to tell me to post somewhere else kinda new to this whole forms stuff

Posting here is fine with me.
I have not had any issues with the drive shafts but that does not mean anything.

My fist over the web guess
Did you check the U joints ?
And if you have an issue with your pinion bearings in the diffs or the out put bearings in the T Case you will also get driveline vibes.

things we're smooth before ...as far as the u joints go I did a quick visual inspection found nothing but gonna pull it out an take a closer look might go on an replace them could be the ware pattern ...but not so much worried about the vibration as I am the whining

its only when you let off the gas ..an just above coast ....also wander if it could be slack in the drive chain but still don't understand why I didn't hear till after the lift.....who knows ....I'm just gonna have to get under there ...hey are those drive shafts aluminum or steel?

no doubt the angle .....yeah more chatter than whine ... note but only when rpms match vehicle speed ... other than that its quite ...oh an something else ...at around 10-15 MPH I get some slight feeling of driving over a wash board road

do you know that you have to grease the diveshafts ever 3.000 miles? It could be that the lift pulled out the joints a little further and if they are dry they will make noise and will vibrate, until the u joints seize and break

OK just got home from work an I took a closer look at things an I do not remember my front axle sitting off to one side ..I'm thinking that's going to be a big part of the problem ...guess I need to run down to autozone an get one of those panhard bar stretchers ....

I don't understand what you mean by that. can you post a photo?
I lifted my truck a bit higher than your without a problem .

The front axle is pushed off to the driver side in the front and the rear axle is pulled to the passenger side. With the lift we're running our panhard bars are little bit short.
All that said I don't think it's enough to cause the driveline issue. I'm betting you've got a bad you joint
