here are my measurements from center of wheel
front is 24 rear is 24 1/2 an for you Guy that like to measure from the ground 37 1/4 front an 37 5/8 rear .... now looking down the center of the front diff I can see the pinion is not even close to the output shaft ...its dark here in the backwoods have to take some pics tomorrow ....I hope it's just u joints

I am an inch in front and an inch and a half/rear lower than you

I thought I might get some attention with those numbers ...the extra comes from part of the conversion kit spaceer plates that I left....I'm gonna look at stretching that panhard bar when I get home from work today ...

How do you want to stretch them? I was going to make adjustable bars but no one was interested at the time.

why wont the disco 1 bar fit ..I see TF makes an adjustable bar for them what would be the difference ...I would think they would be close ...thought about making some kind of drop bracket ..or you could cut the ends of an weld in an adjustable eyelets ...or I could just take those dame spacerthat out..but that would be to easy..LOL apparently its a problem that needs a solution

That would be a great idea. I was going to use two joints so the could be adjusted while on the truck

The D2 bar is about 2in to short.
Tf will have a P38 panhard bar very soon.

I'd buy one, if they are under $200. Otherwise I'll just fabricate my own.

I'm gonna measure my friends Cherokee ..ill buy one too ...for now I guess I'm gonna break out the saws all an welding machine I didn't want to do any redneck engineering but its never failed in the past ...tonight I'm gonna take the frame end lose an see about how much it needs to go....ill. let y'all know the measurements an take a few pics too

stone that would be awesome. I'll make my panhard bar out of two johnny joints with grease fittings. They last a lot longer than Heim joints and can be rebuild easily.

BTW did you grease your driveshafts , yet?

no have not greased yet ...I'm not as much worried about the drive shafts now that I've found my axials are trying to go two different directions ...if I straighten them out it should take some if not all the bad vibrations. an if it don't ill build new drive shafts...I took some pic ill post them soon...in the pics u can clearly see the drive shaft in a bind
