M 416 battery power

Here are some pictures of a battery box setup I did up for my M 416 trailer. I found a plastic box in my garage and found it held two Gp 27 96 AH batteries. I mounted the batteries in the box wired them in parallel added a 2 AH charger/floater to charge and maintain the batteries.

Nice work! Where did you get that plug with the boot...West Marine?

Nice setup. Do you have a wiring diagram for it? I'm not too electrical savy.

I got the cigarette lighter plugs and the outlet from the marine department of Academy Sports.

The wiring is quite simple. Positive to positive and negative to negative. be sure to use a heavy gauge wire and two batteries that are the same for best results.
