I've been over here for a couple years now. Usually the people are pretty good.
I still love Land Rovers, might even own another one someday as a project car. But I just do not have the correct constitution to daily drive one anymore, or use one as my primary exploring truck. Hence my move to Nissan.
In 2 years of Land Rover ownership, I spent $5000 in repairs. Head gaskets, air suspension, driveshafts, trim pieces falling off, door locks spontaneously not working, and all manner of rattles and squeaks.
In the same amount of time in Nissan ownership, I've spent MAYBE $400 on repairs. A belt, a tensioner pulley, some new bushings, a new battery, and a set of door speakers. Once in a while I have to oil my hood latch. You could say I'm pretty happy with Nissan life
