March weight loss challenge

I stepped on the scales today, and I’ve gained back the little bit of weight that I lost during those monthly challenges we had going last year.

Main thing I think is to stay active, don't sit around all day everyday. I myself don't need to lose weight but I belong to some hiking groups that I see more and more people that wanna lose weight join up and keep it up and slowly lose some pounds. Biggest Challenge, Fitness: Every once in a while I get the urge to exercise, but if I lay down it goes away...

Biggest Challenge, Diet: the break room at work, stocked with goodies and all free.

Plan of Attack: Walk briskly through the break room. Cut down portions

Day of Weigh In: Mondays

I'm in, I'm away from home right now so I don't know how much I weigh. I guess I'll do my weigh ins on Wednesday since that's when I'll be home.

Overall goal:140 lb (and to fit into the cool She Safari pants that Steffanie gave me)

Biggest Challenge, Fitness:Tired when I get home, and cold outside

Biggest Challenge, Diet: Dinning out during trade shows

Plan of Attack: Moderate calorie control and increased getting my behind off of the sofa

I'll get in on this but Im going to do the opposite. Being that my metabolism is extremly high and I have real trouble gaining weight, I will be attempting to put on some pounds. I lost some weight in my accident last year and havnt been able to get it all back.

Sarting Weight: 150

Goal for the Month: 155

Overall goal:165-170

Weight gain to date: 0

Biggest Challenge, Fitness: managing schedule

Biggest Challenge, Diet: taking in enough calories

Plan of Attack: high calorie diet/muscle building workout

People sneer at needing to put on weight. "I wish I had that problem" "Must be rough" etc. etc. But I know folks for whom this has been a problem and it is not fun! So good luck to you too.

Yeah, I get that ALOT from people, but it really is very difficult for me to put on weight. I have to constantly work out and intake 3000-4000 calories a day. Good luck to you as well!

I disappeared from the previous monthly challenges because I started shovelling my face instead of losing weight. :Wow1:
I absolutely started pigging out. Comments from armchair psychologists welcome :ylsmoke:
So I'm going to have to diet in secret so I can pull the wool over my own eyes.
