Max-axe

Today the family and I decided to wander the 92 miles down to Casper Wy. for a day of shopping and goofing off.Not knowing " crazy days" was going on(merchants set up outside of their(sp.?)shops).While wandering the streets I stumbled upon a second hand shop with a max-axe sitting outside, unused new in the original box! After convincing the wife 40.00 was a steal,it is mine!
Wife was impressed after looking on the net and seeing a 199.00 price tag on line.Best deal I have made in a long time.:wings:

Unless you provide pictures, and a scanned copy off the receipt, I'm calling BS! ;)

That's BANANNAS that you got a MaxAxe NIB for $40! Why can't these things happen to me?!?!?!? ...Well I did get a brand new RTT for $0.00...

I think you need to send it to me for verification that it's a REAL Max Ax. It's entirely possible it's a cheap knock-off. Only real, on-trial testing will confirm it's authenticity. I know it's a lot of work, but I'll step up and do it for you. :sombrero:

Rad deal man - you really scored!

It was a second hand store soo no receipt. But the price is marked on the handle.Guy said he had it
for sale for a long time and no one seemed interested.
Sorry the pic is so big dont know how to make it small enough!Have pics of price on handle if someone can tell me how to make them smaller.Leaving for a day trip into the Bighorn Mtns.now will check in this evening.
Thanks
Wes

A few years ago a I saw about 10 of them for $50 @ a discount store, but they were in OD Green. I didn't buy one because I had never seen them in green. The company info was correct on the box and by the time I made it back there they had sold out.:(

I didn't know they had different handles as well. The one I have is yellow handle/red hardware/green bag. Its come in useful a couple of times.
