In the fight against rust, nearly every project involves some time spent painting something. I’m replacing my radiator and while it is out I am inspecting and repainting all the steel transmission cooler lines, as well as touching up anything else in that area. Here I used a rattle can on the mesh that protects the A/C condenser fan. I was able to shove a few pieces of cardboard behind the blade to avoid coating the condenser with spray paint.

Dorman is not a manufacturer, they are a reseller of primarily Chinese manufactured products. (71%) They are one of the earliest large importers of Chinacrap.
I wouldn’t really say anything I’ve used from them is crap, it’s actually all held up very well and worked great. I’d imagine their business wouldn’t be going very well if it were crap.
