Modeling expo campers

Based on DontPanic42's post (copied from another thread), and the popularity of the radio-controlled Earthroamer thread (sorry, can't find the link right now), I suspect I am not the only one whose thought of modeling their current or dream camper.

May be a good way to 'vizualize' your floorplan, especially with scale dolls.

This is completely off topic but the title "FG in a Box" got me to thinking. Always a dangerous thing. Does anyone make a diecast model of a FUSO? I expect I am not alone in collecting diecasts of the cars I have owned over the years - 2 "67 Camaros (the original in "67 and the one I have now), '69 Charger, '70's El Camino, "54 Bel Air, etc. Toyota even sent me an FJ like the one I bought in '06. It would be great to have a FUSO and try to make it look like the "RoadHippo"

Anyway, I saw this model kit at Hobby Lobby:

I realize that the M1078 is unobtainable to most if not all of us, but it still might make a reasonable truck model for modeling other cab-over 4x4 rigs.

Just a thought...

In reply to a post in the "Spotted:Expedition Vehicles" thread where the full-sized vehicle was shown, I popped in a photo from this other guy's photo collection. But this thread here begs for one more photo of that person's work....

No doubt there are other Expo camper models out there to be found.
