Oh yeah, different story if you're on a ride on mower. Push mowers aren't as much fun....

On the electric vs diesel torque. I gre up in Edmonton thru the transition from trolley busses to deisel busses. On a trolley bus you made sure you were braced and held on as the driver left the bus stop, the acceleration was a rush. On the "modern" diesels that replaced them, you could keep walking down the aisle.
