i really look forward into the LR3 HSE ! but just had the ml for 2 years , i am planning a trip to whitehorse yukon this winter with it ! the first thing i know is to change the tire ! but i dont know is the winter tire better or the A/T !
from www.tirerack.com they say both work good on snow ,ice ,whatever !
anyone can help ? oh my rim is 235 65r017 standard susp .

Dedicated winter tyres are always better! Take it from someone who lives in snowy Norway. Case in point: A few years ago we went to a mountain cabin, my family in our Peugeot 405 2WD with new Nokian Hakkapeliitta Q winter tyres, and our friends in a LR Discovery II with 4WD and traction control, but older "all-year" tyres. I had to get someone to sit on the bonnet of the Pug, but managed to get all the way to the destination. The DII had to be abandoned and recovered on our way back...
