Other than the issues you mentioned, are you happy with how it did? When are you going back to take the harder lines

Great pics!
Bummer the first run had so many bogies. I guess that's why it's called a shakedown....

yeah but they were all at the end of the trail. My main goal was to be able to ride rough roads in Honduras at about 20mph. I'll have to talke to Chris at Ujoint about reaching that goal. I just noticed that front pumpkin is hitting the cross member and when i turn all the way to the right my tires rub but they don't when i turn to the left. My rear is quite higher than the front and I was expecting it to "settle" as I've read it is supposed to, also something i'll bring up with Chris.

Is there room to trim the cross member more? do you have the 4" or 6" lift? From what I've read, the 4" will have slightly less turning radius, whereas the 6" lets the suspension hit the stops...

Pics look good! You'll need to trim the x-member more if its hitting, email me a pic if you want and I'll take a look. As long as your alignment is correct and the steering wheel is straight you can add steering stops to keep the tires from hitting the springs. You can weld up the stops or drill & tap them for an adjustable stop. This is what we do here and you should only need a little bit.

Measure the pinch welds to see how far off the van is front/rear. Measure directly behind the front wheel well and directly in front of the rear. Let me know!

What do you think caused the h1 tire to shred??
Do yours have the run flats in them or PVC rings??
Mine still have the run flats inside. I'm trying to decide if I should pull them out.
