Montero Wheel Specs

Summarizing what I'm learning:

Gen 1/2 1983-1999 : 6 X 139.7 bolt spacing and 108mm center bore (offset?)

Gen 3 2001+ : 6 X 139.7 bolt spacing and 67.1mm center bore +10 Offset (not sure about stock offsets)

You can run 106mm center bore Toyota wheels on a 67.1mm Gen 3 with big Hubcentric Ring Spacers.

You cannot run 106mm Toyota wheels on a 108mm center bore Gen 1 or 2. Unless you've got a big grinder and don't mind grinding the centers out a bit.

Some Chevy 1/2 ton 4wd trucks are 108mm and as such a lot of wheel manufactures marketing to the domestic crowd produced 6 X 139.7 wheels with this center bore.

I'm trying to find a set of wheels that can not only be swapped onto multiple vehicles, but has a broader market of sale. I don't own a Montero (I've got a Toyota), but I might in the future. Where are you guys getting 108mm center bore wheels for the Gen 1 and 2 Monteros?

From the store.... There are numerous threads on here discussing Montero wheels, pull them up and read a bit.

Looking for that thing i just had in my hand...
I'm running spacers to get the proper offset and only the fronts are hubcentric, I need to machine a pair of rings for the rear.
They came with hubcentric rings that would make them work on the Gen 3 though, I will probably buy some different wheels for my Gen 2 and either sell these or put them on my Gen 3.

Do the F5 have 108mm center bore?

In searching around, the Stealth (or SCS) wheels are popular with the Tacoma crowd, and there is no mention of requiring a hubcentric ring with those, so I imagine they are 106mm. I've read posts from as recent as last year that mentioned the F5 was only available in 106mm.

Can't seem to find any mention of center bore options with Level 8's.

EDIT: Did some searching around the Level 8 center bore: http://www.fjcruiserforums.com/forums/discount-tire/179329-hubcentric-rings.html

"The Level 8 wheels that come with a push through stye cap have a 108mm center-bore diameter. (level 8 ZX, Level 8 Tracker) ... The 18x9 TKO, Punch, and MK6 are all hub-centric with a 106mm center-bore diameter."

Looks like Summit racing lists all of the center bore diameters when you pull up wheels on their site, might prove useful.

2001 -2007 Toyota Sequoia wheels have a 108 mm center bore. I do not know the offset/backspacing.

After asking a well known and trusted wheel supplier for the Toyota crowd, I think the information that the 01-07 Sequioa is incorrect. He claims he's been selling 106mm center bore wheels to Sequioa owners with no need for spacers. The similar year Tundra is also 106mm.

FJ80s are also 106mm
