Motion X + Garmin 64S + IPad wifi?

After reading posts on this subject I downloaded Motion X GPS HD, I connected the Garmin via Bluetooth to the IPad, but cannot make Motion X find the GPS signal. Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong?

Do you have the export turned on, on the 64? There's a menu option to share location via bluetooth.

All I can find is an option to "wirelessly send recive data" I have it set to send... The sub menu choices are waypoints, routs, tracks, geochases, photos, map. None seem to do anything.

Any suggestions on a different map app that might work? Has anyone successfully made an iPad wifi work with a 64S?

Most good mapping apps have a way to look at your current satellite status, so that could help too.
