Expedition One makes a combination Hi-Lift/Pull-Pal Mount that looks good. It should be able to be used in a pretty wide range of locations.

I mounted two pull pals at right angles to each other on the ************ Tents Rear Tire Side Mounting Platform using two Pull Pal Universal Fastrack Mounts. I reinforced the tire mount plate with a length of angle iron on the edge to better support the pull pal that is facing rear.
