I am the muffin fan Nazi.
My roof exhaust.
White fan:
silverstone fm 121 variable speed 4.75 inch fan. Variable speed 33 to 110 cfm and anywhere in between. Less than 0.1 amps to 0.4 amps.
Black fan. Arctic cooling. 53 cfm, 0.15 amps. rotates opposite direction of Silverstone.
When SS fans is on high, turning on black fan makes both quieter, and moves a lot of air.
I have boiled hundred of pots of pasta and cooked thousands of meals 5 feet under these fans in my campervan, The windows don't even fog up. The white roof is not even greasy.
I also have 3 intake fans in a rear window.
In the following pic, one of the black fans have been replaced with another Silverstone.
If I turn these fans on high and turn off my roof exhaust fans, with doors and window closed, the roof fans keep spinning due to airflow.
These are 5 of 10 of my fixed muffin fans. I have some in my footwells, Inside and under my fridge, and one for my computer cabinet..
I've got several more I can plug into my plethora of ciggy outlets and Aim where needed. One, I hang from the roof, about 3 feet down, and it oscillates on it's own, but the pattern isn't always ideal and driving with it hanging is a No no.
Always strange to enter the van sitting in the blazing sun, and it is the same temp, or even cooler than outside.
