My 2003 Hundo

So This weekend started out with a little solo Overland trip in NE Oklahoma on the way to meet up with a good friend. What should have taken me 45 minutes or so I turned into an enjoyable 3 hour trip.

Found a nice little spot to relax and have beer lunch.

At the end of the weekend and a lot of fun later, my LC with 144K miles drove home as if she was brand new. Could not ask for more....

Holly 49's :Wow1:! Looks like a good weekend of wheelin'. How'd the VR 12000 handle pulling your buddy back upright? I'm thinking of going with a VR series over a M8000 now to save some dough during the Warn rebate offer.

Vr12 worked perfectly, no hesetation or anything. Pulled his rig without any problems what so ever..
I had a M8000 in my FJC but couldint justify a 8K winch on an almost 8K rig this go around...

I got the rebate and am glad I did, for the occasional winch pull i have im really glad I went with the VR12 over the lighter M8k, or even the 9.5 st for twice the money..,

Just my 2 cents...



So today entailed a completely broken windshield, I was going to help a good friend move and "crack"!
So much for my RTT fund, not to mention I also dropped and cracked the glass of my IPhone today, I'm apparently having bad luck with anything glass today..., :-(

I really like my VR series winch also, perfect for an overland application. Bummer on the glass.
