Over the years Ford has played around with trim levels one could order with the F150 HDPP. For 2023 and possibly 2022 models, one can only order it with the base XL pkg. They probably figured it was mostly the contractor market buying it vs for recreational applications. I imagine it’s very tough to find them used. I had an F250 with camper pkg for 20 years carrying a FWC Grandby. Worked great without any modifications. At times also towed a 23ft trailer with camper still on the truck. A 3/4 ton makes more sense even for light weight campers unless the truck is a daily driver and the camper is removed when not needed.
