Rooster, I love the truck. All we need now is a version with some heavy metal background music....:)

THAT sure brings back some memories. They sure killed a bunch of those trucks, didn't they?

And the 'toy boat' jump is freakin' hilarious-looking now! Thanks for dredging this one up.

I just muted it and played some different songs with it... I think I'll be making that version.

I've never seen this, what is it called? I love the truck!

If you look closely, you can see where they started using the new jump truck.

At first, they just jumped a lifted truck, and kept destroying them. After a while, the vehicle guy convinced them to let him make it mid-engine and replace the front axle with a beam. They put a silhouette of a differential to make it look right. In one of the jumps after the song ends (about 2:30 or 2:45, you can see there's no front driveshaft, and the frame doesn't deform as much.

They still destroyed the jump trucks, but fewer of them.

I saw every episode as a kid and can probably recite the entire theme song from memory.

I thought that truck was cool until I saw The Little Mule:

Oh, man I was a big Fall Guy fan when I was a kid! Thursday nights I believe. The Fall Guy truck and the Turtle Expedition II ’79 K20 Chevy are the trucks I grew up dreaming about and the inspiration behind my old K10. John’s stepside from Chips was pretty slick too! Then there was the sweet Dodge Power Wagon from Simon and Simon and Dodge Ram Charger from Lone Wolf McQuade. Ah, the good ole bad TV and movie days.

Wow I think I saw the front axle break at least 6-7 times, one broken bed, a broken front clip, and a ton of other damage!

Cool clip! Reminds me of the old dukes of hazzard shows I watched as a kid. I must have missed that show.
