My HZJ78 2000 Troopcarrier Bushcamper

I don't have any good photos of the interior of my Bushcamper as yet, will get around to taking some eventually and put them up here.
Here are some pics of other Bushcampers I was considering when searching for one, some of these have interior shots to show you what the standard Bushcamper rear camper section layout looks like.
There were quite a few available when I was looking, if you did some searching for them on ebay/Australian Trading Post/Gumtree forum/etc., and I took my time trying to find the right one for me.
They ranged in price from around $13000Australian ($8900US at the moment) for earlier models, up to $30000Australian ($20500US at the moment) for later models (2004 for example) and turbo diesel models.
A 1995 HZJ75, 325000 kilometres (202000 miles), $14500Australian ($10000US at the moment). Wasn't really into the security grills on the rear windows.

A 1999 HZJ75, 275000 kilometres (170000 miles), $18000Australian ($12300US at the moment). This one was a little over priced and not in great condition.

Near Mount Bogong last year...

A couple of weeks ago I put a Harrop (Eaton) ELocker into the front diff of my HZJ78 Troopy.
These ELockers are built locally in Australia by Harrop Engineering, in conjunction with Eaton in the US, to provide ELockers that suit Australian 4WD models.
What comes in the box...
Up on the hoist ready for surgery...
The swivel hub bearings were a little worn, so out they all come to be replaced with a new swivel hub kit, and inner axle seal, along with new wheel bearings and diff carrier bearings...
The old Toyota open front diff...
The new Harrop (Eaton) ELocker diff centre...
Old centre out, ring gear off, new centre waiting for ring gear to finish cooking...
Ring gear nearly done, would you like mustard with that?...
The new centre nearly ready to go back in, just need to drill diff casing for wires/grommet to go through...
That was as far as I got before my phone battery ran out, so no more pics.
Have not really given it a good workout as yet, and don't have any previous experience with lockers, so not sure how it will go. Hopefully I will get some use of it on the snow, soon.

I've been curious what the maximum gross weight of a loaded 70 series camper like this is for while. Wanting to compare to my 80 series and other rigs that I've seen.

I have heard many stories of ARB Air Lockers having problems such as venting oil back through the air lines, and my mechanic has had problems with them in comps not engaging/disengaging/etc. when needed, possibly related to incorrect installations as is often mentioned, I'm not sure.
So, I thought I'd try the new Harrop (Eaton) ELocker instead.
A lot less hassle with the installation, not having to deal with a dedicated air compressor for it, air lines and associated plumbing/electrics, just a pair of wires running from a relay in the dash to the ELocker through a hole/grommet in the third member.
It wasn't any cheaper than an ARB Air Locker, possibly a little more expensive.
Harrop have a long history in Australia for racing and performance oriented driveline components, lots of gearboxes used in racing for example, so I thought they could be trusted to deliver a good and reliable diff lock, but being so new, only time will tell.

I think from memory that the GVM is 3150kg, but I'm not 100% sure.
Mine would be pushing that as it is, without everything I plan to put on/in it.
You can get aftermarket suspension kits that raise the GVM, I think to around 3700kg.
