My M416 Trailer Build

Quick small update, still waiting on the tub to come back from the blaster. Apparently they are really backed up. So I added some shackles/tie downs to the front.

I also got my LED waterproof taillights on and wired up along with my tag.

Also went ahead and plasti dipped my rims.

Quick update, I finally got my tub back and had a buddy weld up a few holes that appeared from the sandblasting.

I also got my first coat of POR-15 on the Tub and fenders.

Sorry they are so dark. It is in my garage and it won't stop raining.

I also got my HF Tongue box in. Can't wait to get it and the tub back on.

As I have said many times "you are now official". It is not an M416 build until you get the HF tongue box. What are you going to use the box for? I am using mine for battery that supplies power to LED's and frig.

Trailer is looking really good. Very similar to my process a few years ago. Lots of fun and as expected--- another money pit like a jeep!

You are right for sure, huge money pit. Between my trailer and my JK I feel broke all the time..lol, but I wouldn't have it anyother way.

Ok tub is mounted up.

I also got the fenders on and the HF Tongue box mounted on.

Now just waiting on my Raptor Liner to get here, and then ill get the inside lined and start on the roof.

I'm thinking some two tone grey paint on those wheels would look nice.

What I would really like is to find a set of matching rims for it. They are still pretty hard to find when you only want 2. I can get them at the dealer or on ebay, but the price is a little too high for me ATM.

I may have to repaint the trailer rims now like you suggest since I have it in my mind now lol.
