Nice pics man! Love the country side there. It's somewhat similar to Central Chile, South/Central Cali..? Or am I totally off. I'm just speaking of terrain, not culture or anything like that of course.

Diggin that old Rocinante truck!

Thanks for Sharing!

I don't have any further mods planned until around March so I thought I'd keep the pictures flowing. There are tons of great trails around my house that are within a 15 mins. drive. And thanks for the great feedback!

On Monday the Patrol is going into the shop to get an interior makeover. The work is supposed to take up to 5 days. I'm going for the diamond plate look. Will start with the driver and passenger side doors and finish with the rear doors, including a drop-down work table. If everything turns out well, and I like the workmanship of the shop, I will look into have the dash redone and the seats refabricated. This is the goal (see below). Also confirmed with the 4x4 shop that the snorkel, 2" OME lift, and ARB front bumper are being shipped tomorrow with an expected arrival on the 20th. So lots of cool things coming my way this month!!! Can't wait.

Really cool photos of the Patrol out and about!

As far as the interior make over. The work shown, is really nice. Are they using aluminum, or are they using polished steel diamond plate. I would assume aluminum for weight. It'll be cool to see the change. This patrol puts both my rigs, and the mods I'm doing to shame. Oh well...

Keep us informed. Looking forward to seeing the progress.

The shop will be using aluminum and a reinforced, breathable black suede-like cloth for the wrapping. I can't wait to see the outcome; next Friday can't come soon enough.

I had the rear fenders removed today in anticipation of putting a tube bumper in its place, together with some Chinese knock-off duallys. I really like the work RASLARR does so will be imitating the design. One of the guys from the 4x4 Guatemala group said he can do the work for me. Will chat more with him on Sunday when we get together for our weekly run. The lights are scheduled to arrive sometime in March.

Nice photos man! I don't ever take my nice cameras with me anymore. The iphone has ruined me. LOL

Good to see you having fun with the Patrol as it is!
