#1: 1993 Mercedes Benz G class G300DT; 3.0L 6 cyl. turbo diesel - OM 606962, mechanical pump, tweaked, 200hp/300lbs; auto; AWD with 3 locking difs.; leather, power, alus's, full stainless steel exhaust, etc,etc,etc... excellent condition, serviced (synthetics), daily driven. $23000 OBO.












#2: 1988 Mercedes Benz G class 230GE, 2.3L 4 cyl. gasoline 125hp; 5 speed manual; 4WD , front/rear locking difs.; 4" suspension lift; new 35/12.50/15 Procomp MT tires on new Cragar steel wheels; 8000 Warn winch, new brakes all around, new clutch.
Very good condition, very little use (toy), currently on winter storage (never winter driven). S9500 OBO.

According to AutoTrader and Kijiji ads, the 1993 truck has 140,000 km.

Would love to know more of the history. What does "tweaked" mean? Do I see an AMG badge on the rear? (didn't think an AMG package was available with that config)

The AMG badges are cheep in fleabay nowadays, was there by the PO and I didn't remove it, if you buy the truck feel free to take it of, as you see the truck is not advertised as AMG;my phone number is on the kijiji and autotrader ads so you can call me anytime for more details.

The 25 year importation rule in the USA just means you need to know the month & year of manufacture and you can figure out if it can come in.

I really like the 93 and wish I had the money to buy it and hold it up north until the 25yr rule was in effect....or maybe just let MountainPete drive it around for me

My next door neighbor bought a brand new 2011 G550 in December. I just about crashed my truck when I saw it in his driveway. All sexy $110k of it. The frozen puddle on the street isn't from the snow/ice lately. It's drool.
