long time lurker, first time poster.
Sorry if I have missed this posted somewhere else but I've scoured the best my patience will allow.
I am looking at a couple different used rigs. Trying to get pre-approved for some cash to make some offers when I see a rig I'm interested in and I keep hearing the same thing from every lender. NO NADA value, no lending. I live on the road 9 months out of the year designing and building mountain bike & hiking trails, and bike parks! So one of these suckers would be pretty ideal for what I do! So the questions:
1: Why won't the manufactures create NADA values? They all have trucks that are fairly standard now and they should be able to come up with something I would think.
2: Anyone working/have experience with a lender that will lend without the NADA value? (this is probably the most important question hahaha)
3: If not how did you get around it? (second most important question ha!)
4: Neither ER or GXV had any info to help, I know they are in the business of selling new rigs but they must see some financial institutions come across their desks that are working with customers.
4: I want to come play with ya all! haha! Been a wealth of fantastic info on here guiding my search, many thanks for sharing!
Thanks for your time and knowledge!
