60 percent of my wheelbase is 67.5 inches. The overhang on the back including boat motor is 63 inches
Oh then that would be a problemThis overhang rule is calculated at 60% of the wheel base and then measured from the centre of the rear wheels to the end of overhang.
Just for information,
Dan.
Have a good trip.
Looks like you're in the area of the Mainland where you're required to have a Temporary Import Permit for the vehicle. Can't tell if the sticker on the windshield is the TIP sticker or not.
With the Fuso having a GVWR of 14,050lbs, did you have difficulty obtaining one?[/QUO
Yes that is the permit. I had no problem getting one. It actually is for the motorcycle and truck combined. Like a marriage certificate for the two. If I sell the motorcycle the permit is no longer valid and I have to get a new one. You pay once and the permit is for 10 years for RVs.Have a good trip.

Thanks SkiFreak and Aussie Iron for the overhang info. Now I know if I take the truck to Australia I will have to extend my wheelbase.
