Hey Guys

Kinda stuck here hoping someone can help.

I am trying to work on a aux fuel system for my 100 series and am looking for the BACK plastic piece of this switch. The switch is an overseas aux tank switch that i found, but i cant get my hands on the back piece of it that the wires clip into. I really want to make this install as OEM as possible, so i am not going to just solder wires to the leads of the switch.

Anyone know of any Toyota Switchs that look like this in the back? I dont have my 80 anymore, but i thought one of the big switches in the middle of the dash did.

If i can find a US spec switch that has the same backing, i can order the part and everything is yippeedeedoodaa! :D

Anyone? Thanks

What's on the front of the switch? Is it push button, paddle, etc. Sort of looks like a hazard or A/C switch.

For an FZJ80, try OEM part numbers:
84660-60030 (A/C switch I think)
84332-42010 (hazard switch)

Check the FSM it has picture of all connectors.

Thanks Phil

I will check when i get home, but i think the 100 series FSM is different and the connecters are in the "Electical" book which is another $60

There are 4 in the series and are each $60-85 :(

Just an idea,,,, I used a window up down switch for a winch controller. Now I assume there is a relay so I can go ahead and jump to the next test. Take a test set, meter, or whatever you call it set it for audible alarm when you get continuity and go. I just kept touching lead combinations until I figured out which did what when the switch was in the on position.

You can download entire FSM (80 or 100) on PDF from Toyota for like $10 if you are computer savvy.

The ability to enlarge wiring diagrams - priceless now days

I've been sick in bed the last few days. I'll check the LC tomorrow and make sure I have the manuals with me and let you know.
