Scepter spouts listed @ http://www.ar15.com/forums/topic.html?b=7&f=126&t=657629
A bit pricey @ $40, but short of eBay or a joy ride to Canada, spouts are hard to come by.
I bought my large diameter spout direct from sceptre, they were easy to deal with and I think they were less than $20??
Call them up!!
In Hemet CA, someone got fined for filling up a pre ban motorcycle type gas can. Unbelievable!

In the meantime I'm going to the gas station to fill up my Scepter gas cans!
Then I'm using the new Scepter spout I just received to pour gas into my buggy....and I bet I won't spill a drop!!! (Try that with the new carb crap!!!)
I had to use a CARB can this afternoon, I bet I spilled at least a liter of fuel.
PM me if you find out the details of that fine.
Sorry for the hi-jack.
Well, your question got me thinking about the legality of using pre carb cans.
The guy who told me about the gas can fine had no reason to lie about it,
and I hope it was a fine given in error. Personally I thought the ban had to do with selling non carb cans...not using them. Are all the thousands of old cans supposed to be dumped in a landfill? Hmmmmm.
Anyway, I sent a letter to CARB a few minutes ago asking for more info about this. I'll update when I hear more.
