I used .090 aluminum for exterior walls-its taped and glued on. Its very smooth and sleek. Those two smaller back windows-one of them will be replaced with a new much larger one. I will be designed and built with same dimensions as a safety escape window. The door that is open is the hide away under the sink. The toilet slides into this area when showering. Its right beneath the sink. Should a leak start at sink, the water will simply flow into shower drain. Overheads are all plastic. I installed with hinges on bottom so I wouldn't have to deal with gas springs and more hardware and weight up this high. The gray plastic is an electrical chase. A sharp eye will spot those screws holding them to the cog. Being this body is aluminum, they will pose a condensation risk as well as different metal issue. I have begun removing them. They are currently screwed into aluminum perils on underside of roof. I am drilling larger holes, tapping them and installing 3/8" fiberglass bolts. Works but is not easy to do at this stage of assembly.
Didn't go with a sink in bath area, but did build a plastic holder for stuff. Grates are plastic with spacers on bottom to allow free drainage of water.
Built a cabinet for all electrical stuff including a microwave and a coffee maker that fits behind door. Given this is all Starboard, there is no glue or smell. It will clean up well. Last photo shows un-finished entryway. I have located the main electrical shut-offs here. Its a good safety feature to be able to isolate any electrical problem. They also help conserve battery power in a pinch or when the camper is not being used.
