New Horizon Arrives Monday

The time has finally arrived and I will pick up my new AT on Monday. Once I get the "matching" ARB Simpson II mounted I may try to include a few pics. I was shooting for a "desert sand" type of color with the trailer and I think it came out looking pretty nice. "I like it a lot"! Since this is my first attempt at posting a pic I hope it works.

The trailer I referred to happened by our house in Baja last year. The owners liked it but expressed a desire to move to a single unit for their expeditions, Sportsmobile or something similar.

I just notified a friend who was looking for one and the buyer and seller came to terms.

Trial Run Location

Thanks everyone for the kind words about the AT. I meet Mario tomorrow to say thanks to the guys and take her home. Now it needs a name - Dusty???

First outing will probably be somewhere close as a trial run before getting more aggressive and venturing further out. McDowell Mountain Park is less than an hour away but far enough to set up and check everything out. We take the Motorhome (to the RV area) when we just have to get away for a quick weekend. More aggressive fun will follow I am sure! Can't forget to take the telescope.
