Low down for the contest
The best Haiku will receive a $95 Iron Man Recovery kit and a DVD

Runner up will get $25 gift certificate from L8 and a DVD
3rd brings in a L8 DVD

I'm taking artistic liberties with the 5-7-5 rule.

That rule is quite often debatable and never adhered to. Another rule of thumb is 17 syllables.
