Very clean build - i really like the way it turned out

How come its for sale so quickly after finishing it? Going a different route?

60 Dan, everything is for sale, Right?
I built it to how I would want it so I'm not at all against keeping it. My wife isn't real thrilled on taking it out, I guess that means she'll be staying home. Thanks for the compliment on the build. I really enjoy the project side of building something. I should learn to enjoy the project once its finished. Seem like once a project is complete then instead of enjoying it I usually move onto building something else.

Very Sharp Looking Trailer... I will have to bookmark this for future reference when I go to build/modify my own trailer. Which pump did you go with for your water connection?

Sorry to reply to these questions late. The H2O pump is from state trailer supply can't remember what brand but it cost around $60. I built the top out of 1" square tubing, different thickness. The main frame was 1/8" and the filler pieces were 14gauge. The skin is 14Gauge and finished off with black texture powder coating. Thanks for the nice comments, I had a blast building this one. It's for sale, get the perfect off road expedition trailer.

Did you end up lengthening the tongue or did you leave it alone? It appears to be stock but I thought that I would ask.

Thanks.

Got it, thanks for the info.

When welding in the new bed floor, did you weld to the frame and the bed or just the bed? Stitch weld or seam the whole length? Did you seal it otherwise? Thanks!

I have a 1952 M100 that I am getting ready to tear into to soon. I want to replace the bed floor while its apart for bead blast and powder coat. I really like your ideas and the way you built your trailer. So I might ask you a few questions regarding your experience with your tear down (even though the CDNM101 is a bit different than my M100), hopefully you don't mind.

Thanks for the information, I like your build.

Workhorse tearing the old floor out was horrible. I used a plasma cutter, this put off some god awful fumes. So I replaced the floor first, I layed down a 2" weld about every foot. I then added the supports underneath. Same idea with the welds. Underneath I por15 all the metal then seam sealed everything. After this dried I roughed it up then Raptor lined. Same inside the tub. Etch primed, Hi-build prime, I let the final paint overspray inside the tub, seam sealed then raptor lined. To do it right its several involved steps. I feel I did it the best way possible. Hope this helps
