Howdy guys, as the title says I'm a new forum member and here's my rig! I'm in Phoenix, Arizona and a college student!

Here's when I first got it.

My sig has all my info in it!

*** I actually am in need of some assistance though from any AZ members... I can't get an alignment due to needing to replace my Lower ball joints, LCA bushings and steering mount bushings, so my truck is just sitting now because our local shop won't touch it till I do so.. So if any of you have tools and are willing to help within the next week, that would be much appreciated! Glad to be apart of this family.

Nice truck, that's the same body style my wife's been after me to get her, that or an XJ Cherokee. At any rate welcome

Lower ball joints are relatively easy but those lower control arm bushings are a PITA! You want to opt for just buying a new pair of lower control arms from rockauto.com or similar. I believe they already have new ball joints already on them, can't quite remember.
And welcome!!

That is what I did when my bushings were bad - much easier to replace the whole thing, and they came with the ball joints. I got mine from Autozone because they do the lifetime warranty so If the bushings went bad again someday, I'd just swap them out. I got it all done in just a few hours.

Also, I take it to the Firestone in Mesa at Alma School & Guadalupe for alignments - they offer a lifetime alignment. With my 1st gen, I tear down the front end and replace everything once a year so it gets an alignment at least once a year, sometimes 2 depending on how hard I wheel it.

What part of Phoenix are you? I'm in Chandler.

Good looking rig. I agree with everyone else about just swapping out the Lower control arms instead of messing with getting the old stuff apart. I'm pretty close, we're in Tucson.
