Last week we been in another fantastic tour , for our área, not so far of home, just to enjoy the forest, now It is maybe the BEST time here in west Spain, in a few monyts the temps are over 40 from 11 morning, Im geting some km in offroad whit the Mog, and It is a very nice pleasure, we been runing some nice roads, where the higt of the truck is the limit, but something to learn, the problems whit the dualtop are history finally, the Webasto service replace the main loom in warranty, and another small details, as much we use , we LOVE it more

Last upgrades ....recibed the rope cable for the winch, and buildid the brackets to fix the stairs, we need It to acces to the roof, also we fit the rack to Carry the bicycles, we decide at the end to bring whit US to bicycles instead of one small motorbike...
We been few weeks ago in the South of Spain , in a Protected National Park, Cabo the Gata....Nice placer to rest just in front of the beach ....

In the Last months It was hard to find the time to write or post pics , Im now in Australia and allways when I came here I have a feeling this is the contry for overlanders by definition....We did some more trips for Spain trying to do km before we do our first long Trip as we are planing to go Norway Next year for two Months. So we visit this time the Nord of Spain , Contry Vasc and just few weeks ago we been in the south of Valencia , on the coast , total from summer 3500 km and one valvle adjust in the midle of this

finally We found the time to paint all the truck , I atach some pics about it, It was very hard to decide the final colour, It was a big disscusion...

The color is the Mercedes original silver grey, I can ask for the number

last job I did was very sucsesfull looking the result, afer paint it was the good moment to fit soundprouf material on the cabine, and I can not be more happy whit it..

so...difficult to say now something, evething and everyone is stack now at home by the situation here in Spain, we been traveling until the end of last week when the situation becomes a drama here by coronavirus, its a Shame ,we been informed by my fathers call about the situation, at this time we been in the contry side whit not phone conexion and we did 700 km in a day to be at home before the Alarm Stage in all the contry...good luck for everybody

last week looking the situation in perspective I start to check the portals after 15000 km last two years, because I found some details on there.
Rear axle , the oil is going from the diff case to the portal from the seal on the axle tube, on the right side, and on the left is some migration from the portal to the axle, so there can be two things, or portal damage or seal....
Front axle , some migration on the right side and some metal in the magnet in the last oil change, so I bouhgt a new portal to fit on the front and I will rebuild the portal box as a spare, to bring whit me on the truck, now the damage is small and I can rebuild it
The first job was whit the rear seal....it was out of tolerance
